Feature request: Ask for proxy password upon failure

Hi,
    Our company policy is to change all passwords at 3 month interval (which
includes the proxy password). After changing the passwords, I often forget to
change proxy settings in TSVN.
    Would it be possible to display a Username/Password dialog box if proxy
returns "407 Proxy Authentication Required" error code and update the saved
username/password information? I got this idea from GTalk application.
