SVNCache Crashes often on Windows Vista

I have a problem with TortoiseSVN crashing windows exploer in windows
Vista quite often. Some times explorer just crashes, either due to
tortoiseSVN for tortoiseCVS, but very often I see an error that says
"SVN Cache crashed" So I imagine at least part of the time the issue is
with TortoiseSVN. It's the only svn client I have on my machine at this
time.
