Comments on Drupal pages

('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) Hi folks,

Looking through a lot of the recent comments on our site, almost none of them are
comments on the site pages and almost all are discussions about bugs and features
which really should be taking place on the mailing list. I think it would be more
productive to disable comments there and redirect people to the users list.
