Strange behaviour if KDiff3 was installed before tSVN

Hi!

This is not really a tSVN issue but others may have come accross the same
situation and perhaps it is worth noting in the FAQ.

This happened to me when installing KDiff3 before installing tSVN.

It seems that KDiff3 (v.0.9.91) creates a directory:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Subversion\config\

When accessing tSVN from the context menu it tries to access a file called
config at the same place which obviously fails and tSVN can't continue
with what ever was expected.
An error message "Can't open file '...\All Users\Application
Data\Subversion\config': Access denied." is displayed.

Removing the config directory solves the issue.

Best regards,
Lars-Erik
