Any comments on this one? Is it a bad idea for some reason?

Subject: svn:external Pin on Branch Option

I was thinking that a really useful and quick feature for TSVN could be to
have a checkbox on the Branch/Copy dialog for pinning external revisions to
their current revision. It seems like when you branch or tag a copy of your
project, a lot of times, you would want to pin your externals to that point
in time as well. Right now we have to go into the branch / tag manually and
change the svn:external property to point to the current revision so that
the external is pinned and doesn't change when we want to work on that
branch or checkout the tag.

Does this make sense?
