Documentation of Subversion http protocol wanted

Hi,
I wrote a simple DeltaV (RFC3253) client and server in Oberon.
Then I thought about talking with my client to Subversion, because it's
http:// is a selected part of DeltaV.
I finally managed to find out some basic things by logging Tortoise using Ethereal.
The Subversion documentation concerning WebDAV/DeltaV I found is rather sparse.
So does Tortoise have some documentation how it talks to Subversion using http ?
Perhaps even some test scenarios showing the message exchange ?
