Bug Report: Tortise Merge - Use this whole file

Bug Report: Tortise Merge - Use this whole file from working base and saving to working copy does not work. File remains unchanged.

Steps:

Check for modifications,
x2 click file,
rclick working base change,
use this whole file,
ctrl-s,
exit try again,
file still in original state.

I have tortise-svn version:

TortoiseSVN 1.4.3, Build 8645 - 32 Bit , 2007/02/04 09:40:57
Subversion 1.4.3,
apr 0.9.12
apr-iconv 0.9.7
apr-utils 0.9.12
berkeley db 4.4.20
neon 0.26.3
....

I made a quicktime video of the problem if you are interested it is 11megs though so obviously I won't post it to the mailing-list. Doesn't look to be a way to attach it to fly spray if you were interested though.
