Context menus on Windows Vista look wrong

From: Teis Johansen <teis_at_siet.dk>

Hi,

First some data:

Version: 1.4.3, Build 8645 (32-bit)
Platform: Windows Vista Business

Description:
Windows Vista has built-in support for menu items with icons. This
means that it is no longer necessary to owner-draw the context menus
in order to show icons. In fact owner-drawn context menus look out of
place.

I would like for TortoiseSVN to check the Windows version to determine
if owner-drawn context menus are required.

It should be a fairly simple fix, and I suspect that I can write the
patch myself. Would this be a way to go?

Best Regards
Teis Johansen
