BUG relocate file does nothing

Hello list,

there is another problem related to repository names which only differ in
the case.
I tried to relocate a directory in order to change the server name part
so that its case is always the same for all of my projects.

First i get a warning, that i am trying to relocate within the same repository
and that i should better use the switch command (which is no bug :-)
This message shows a From: and To: target - i just changed the case of my
server name from FaxServer to faxserver but in this dialog both repository
urls are displayed as exactly the same string.
Then i click "Yes" but the repository name is still the old one.
