With neither check box checked, it will export one layer deep, but appears not to descend into the directories. I'm running Windows Vista x86 Business Edition. Someone else might verify, but this looks like a Vista bug. I was also having problems with Exporting when "Export Unversioned Files" was checked. It appeared to be looping continuously.
