PROBLEM:

I have created a repository at "C:\SUBVERSION_REPO".
I try to "SVN Commit" some changes from the root directory of my changes via
the file browser but get the following error message after
the "adding", "modified" and "sending contents" rows.
Adding....
Modifed...
Sending content...
Error: Commit failed (details follow):
Error: Can't open file 'C:\SUBVERSION_REPO\db\transactions\2-2.txn\changes':
Det går inte att komma åt filen eftersom den används av en annan process.
The swedish text is stating "It is not possible to access the file since it is
used by another process". But I have no other application running but the file
browser stating the TortoiseSVN session.
Please report back to my mailadress since I am not subscribing to the mailing
