Drag and drop in the new repository browser

Hi,

I like the design of the new repository browser, but it seems that dragging
and dropping does not work anymore. This was useful to "svn copy" or "svn
move" directories.

Stefan, can you please add this again. Please note, that the features
implemented in issue 203 should work again too :-)
