TortoiseMerge crashes when 5+ new lines and right-click

Bug can be reproduced by following these steps:

1. Open attached foo*.txt files with TortoiseMerge so that foo1.txt
appears on the left pane (old file) and foo2.txt appears on the right
pane (new file).

2. Right-click in the left-pane on the first lines: text block
background becomes black and a menu pops up.

3. Right-click again without moving the mouse: text block background
default color is restored.

4. Click on the first menu line: TortoiseMerge crashes.

Notes:

a) It appears text block must be of 5 or more lines, otherwise
background color is not restored with second right-click.

b) Background color is not restored when right-clicking on the text
block bottom lines.
