Japanese characters garbled on 1.4.1 and 1.4.3

Hello,

I'm using the Tortoise SVN 1.4.3 (install package:
TortoiseSVN-1.4.3.8645-win32-svn-1.4.3.msi) with the Japanese language
support (language pack: LanguagePack-1.4.3.8645-win32-ja.exe), and found
that Japanese characters are garbled in the following two parts:

1. Keyword tab of the On-line Help: where the list of keywords are shown,
however they are garbled and not readable (not showing Japanese characters
properly).

2. TortoiseBlame window: in the Blame window, the title row that indicates
Revision, Author, etc., looks like trying to show Japanese characters but
they are garbled.

I was using the 1.3.5 for long time and I've never seen the above
phenomenon. In the 1.3.5, in the Blame window, the title rows shows
Revision, Author, etc in English. That is, they were not Japanized. I can
confirm it because I wrote document with the screen shot of the Blame
Window to explain colleague engineers how to use the Tortoise SVN. I don't
remember whether the keyword list in the help file were in English or not.

I didn't know who in Japan is in charge of the Japanese language support,
so sent this mail to this developers list to report the problem I found. I
also didn't know whether this problem was already realized by developers
and were going to be fixed. If it's already be realized and you have been
working on this, please ignore my report. If needed, you can e-mail me
anytime either in Japanese or English, and I will provide any further info.
to investigate the problem.

Finally, on this occasion, I would like to thank all of you who are
developing this great software ! I really like it.
