Minor bug - Possible faulty tortoise image on installer window

Hello!

I might have a minor bug to report.
When upgrading to tortoise 1.4.3 build 8645 32 bit with , I saw some strange glitches in the tortoise image shown in the installer window during the installation process.

I say, might be a bug, since I've only done the installation on my own Windows XP computer. And its graphics card could have made the image look bad.

Anyway, I wanted to give you a notice about the image.
And I haven't found it in the changelog or issuetracker either.

I have attached a screenshot on the installation window.
