TSVNCache

Hi!

I recently got across the following issue (WinXP, SVN 1.4.3):

When attaching an USB-Harddrive, copying something on it and trying to
unplug, Windows doesn't allow to do so.

Using ProcessExplorer i found out that the TSVNCache process still has some file handles open, although there is no ".svn" folder on the drive.

I don't whether this is only a timing issue or a bug, but i thought it was worth reporting. :)

Cheers and keep up the good work!
Dieter
