Problems with reopening commit dialog after failed commits

From: Alexander Klenin <klenin_at_gmail.com>

I have "Reopen commit dialog after commit failed" checkbox set.

The following problems are encountered when this feature is used:

1) Only the files selected before trying to commit are displayed in
the after-commit dialog. I would expect that the list of files should
be the same as before attempting to commit.

2) If another TortoiseProc instance is active (for example, "Merge"
dialog), refreshing reopened commit dialog apparently causes random
memory corruption or something like that.
During my testing, I experienced hang-ups, crashes and silent exits
without recognizable pattern.

TortoiseSVN 1.4.2, Build 8627 - 32 Bit -dev
