Is there a way to modify the context menu items?

Is there a way to modify the context menu item order/layout in TortoiseSVN?

We use a lock-modify-unclock method for source control with Subversion. As a
result, I use the TortoiseSVN->GetLock menu item all the time.

Is it possible to change which Subversion items appear under the TortoiseSVN
sub-menu and which ones appear next to the TortoiseSVN item (e.g. like SVN
Update and SVN Commit) ?

I've tried searching for a good while and come up with nothing. If modifying
this isn't possible, maybe I should submit this as a feature request.

TortoiseSVN 1.4.1, Build 7992 - 32 Bit , 2006/11/11 09:34:39
Subversion 1.4.2,
