Windows Vista Explorer Crash

Hi Dev Team,

Thank you very much for an awesome product. Just wanted to report a bug
(i think). I am running Windows Vista Business Edition. I have just
upgraded to the latest version of tortoise and it seems every time I try
to perform a simple file operation such as copy, paste or create a new
folder in windows explorer it crashes.

I have uninstalled the latest version of tortoise and explorer is now
fine. Going to revert back to the previous build as this issue was not
occurring.

Looking forward to a more compatible version of tortoise for Windows
Vista!
