Tortoise SVN converts repositories automatically to new svn versions

Hi,

i've found a bug with big consequences in tortoise svn.
if your repository was checked out with an older command line svn client (v1.3.
1)
and you modify the repository (in my case adding two files),
tortoise svn is going to convert the WHOLE svn-repository to the new version
WITHOUT asking or notifying the user!
This renders the svn repository for the command line client unuseable
and you have to do a completely new checkout.

greetings

chris
