It is Windows XP with the latest updates.

But I guess it has something to do with TSVN, because I didn't have it
in the beginning. The first few versions of TSVN where ok. It started
about 2 or 3 updates ago. (Can't remember exactly)

And I trust Windows neither :) And as you said, it could be an explorer
problem as well.

If you think it is a problem with explorer, then I can live with it.
