Feature request: manage svn:externals through GUI

Hi,

It would be nice to be able to manage the list of external project through a
more user friendly interface. For each external definition, we should have the
ability to browse either the local working copies or any repository to select
the external path.

This is useful for projects that gather many modules from different teams.
