TortoiseProc "/command:merge" command line option does not work

Hi,

the following command line should be ok (according to the online help),
but does not work as expected. A TortoiseProc.exe process is started, a
window is shown. But the revision numbers 90 and 95 are not set in the
dialog.

tortoiseproc /command:merge /path:"D:\LocalCopy"
/mergefrom:"http://myserver/svn/trunk/blabla" /revstart:90 /revend:95
/notempfile /closeonend:1
