That's a new feature in Subversion 1.5. You can put files/folders in a
group (changelist). For example, if you're working on two or more
different issues at the same time, you can put all related files into
groups named "issue #1", "issue #2", ...
Then, later when you commit, you can do an
svn commit --don't_know_the_param "issue #1"
which will commit only those files/folders assigned to that group.

In TSVN, you can group files/folders from the commit and
check-for-modifications dialog. And the groups are shown in those
dialogs too.

Fixed that locally to 'changelist'. Can't commit just yet because I have
some other resource changes done which are not ready yet.
