While this definitely looks like a nice feature, there are some issues
to consider first:

* this requires an extension of the Subversion API, so you should ask
for this feature on the Subversion mailing list first.
* what should be shown if a file has been modified multiple times by
multiple users when you update? The easiest solution would be to just
show the last user who modified it.
