right-click drag-n-drop in repository explorer

Right-click drag-n-drop in the repository explorer moves a folder. I was
expecting to get a context menu allowing me to copy the folder on the
server. Instead, I had to checkout and merge that revision to undo it. Just
a small UI bug?
