"Rename" user interface improvement

Hello devs,

When attempting to rename a file, if the user presses Enter or clicks
the OK button with the original filename still in the "New name" field,
the error "It is not possible to rename a file by changing the case of
its name alone..." is displayed. This could be misleading since the
filename is actually identical. I think it would be an improvement if
the rename dialog were reopened in this case.
