I don't think you'll be able to help with this project if you're just
starting with C++. But anyway:

You've installed WTL, but have a closer look at where you put the path
to the WTL include files: in the right upper corner, it says "executable
files" in your screenshot! Use the "include files" there.
Another thing: always put include paths to libraries *last* in that
list, not first!
