TortoiseSVN update on Windows with filenames that differ only in letter case breaks - should be prevented.

An effective way to prevent development of a project on a Windows box is
to name two files in the same directory using the same sequence of
letters but change the case on at least one letter. Windows will
overwrite one with the other, and TSVN won't be able to find all the
files it expects, and the working copy will become nearly useless.

I don't think it would be too much work search the list of *new* files
to be retrieved from the repository for filenames that will cause this
problem, and throw an error before locking up the working copy.

BTW, if this issue has been reported already, my search for "filename
case" did not find the previous report.
