TMerge filename tooltips

Hi folks,

When you hover the mouse over a pane title you get the full path of the
file in disk, often useful for working copy files.

I just did a diff direct from the log dialog, so both files were in my
temp folder. They also had long URLs so the actual filename was not
visible in the pane title. So now the title says

http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/src/Tortoi

and the tooltip says

C:\DOCUME~1\SLARGE~1.BLA\LOCALS~1\Temp\BaseView.cpp-rev8346.svn000.tmp.cpp

Neither the title nor the tooltip tells me the full URL. I can see that
the temp file path might occasionally be useful, but in general I would
prefer to see the URL there instead for non-WC files. Or maybe you could
put both in the tooltip.
