Changing/Enhancing the commit window

Hi all,

  Is there a possibility to change/enhance the commit window ?

  If yes, how ?

  Beside that - I tried to checkout the TSVN source code from
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk and got the
following error -

Error: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk'
Error: PROPFIND of '/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk': Could not resolve hostname
`tortoisesvn.tigris.org': The requested name is valid and was found in
the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being
resolved for. (http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org)
