Talking about design. Would it be possible to treat changed lines as
"changed" and not as "added/deleted"? Since you already comput inline diffs,
I guess that you already treat lines as changed internally, but just don't
show it on the front page.

Take a look at the attached screenshot. I chose the same colour settings for
ExamDiff (ExamDiff allows to set FG and BG Colour for each kind of diff) and
TortoiseMerge. The line diff colouring used by ExamDiff is IMHO superior to
TortoiseMerge. The inline Diffs by TortoiseMerge are a lot better than the
chaotice character-wise colouring by ExamDiff.

Now you can reckon what my dream would be. Have three colours for
added/changed/deleted lines plus the nice TortoiseMerge inline diff :)
