BUG: Resolve not working

I've noticed in version 1.4.1.7992 that resolving no longer seems to be
working. This is the first version of TortoiseSVN that I've noticed this
issue.

To reproduce:
1. get items that are in a conflicted state.
2. open a parent folder to the conflicted items in the Check for
modifications dialog.
3. Try resolving the conflicted items by right clicking on each of the
conflicted items and choosing either of the three ways of resolving from the
context menu.

Expected Results:
The items status should change and no longer be considered conflicted after
resolving.

Actual Results:
Regardless of the type of resolution selected the status of the file stays
conflicted as if nothing happens.
