The red exclamation mark means those files are conflicted. I seriously
doubt that a file can get into a conflicted state just by committing
changes. Please try to remember what exactly you have done.

Ok, the red exclamation mark can also mean 'obstructed'. And that state
happens if the file is 'in the way' of another versioned file with the
same name.

You can check the exact status in the 'Check for modifications' dialog.

Yes, something has gone wrong here. But seriously, it can't be TSVN.
Maybe you have moved/copied files directly in the explorer? Or done
something else with the .svn folders?
