After commiting a file, all files in directory are shown as up-to-date.

I've just installed the latest version of Tortoise SVN (1.4.1), and after commiting a file, all files in the directory are shown as up-to-date. It's not until I leave the directory and come back to the same directory that the files are shown in their correct state.
