Revert & release lock

From: Hans-Emil Skogh <Hans-Emil.Skogh_at_tritech.se>

Hi all!

(Running TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7958, yeah I know it's old, but I'm
not aware that this behaviour would have changed in any newer
release...)

Would it be possible/a good idea to add a checkbox "release locks of
reverted files" to the revert dialog.

I have noticed that often when I want to revert a file that I have a
lock on, I also want to release the lock on that file so that others can
edit it, and it would be nice if it could be done in one step.

Another quirk is that when I do "Release Lock" on a folder, all locks
will automatically be released recursively. I would expect a dialog
where I could choose what files to release the lock on, like the revert
or add dialog.
