.svn/entries File

Hello!

It seems a bit strange to me that TortoiseSVN stores .svn/entries list in
plain text while Linux client (don't know about other platforms) uses XML
for that purpose.

So I'd like to know why this is done so and suggest to make clients
working in more similar way.
