Proxy Port Bug issue

Hi,

If you set the proxy port in the settings menu, it doesn't seem to change
it in the server file. Therefore I wasn't able to access repositories
outside of the local network.

After changin the server file manually to the correct port. I was able to
connect to all svn repositories.
