Hello
There are minor bug in current version 1.4.1 build 7992 -32b (on Win XP)

The stapes to reproduce:
1. Select one file
2. Renamed the file using Explorer context menu TortoiseSVN -> Rename
Old removed, File renamed, History attached.
3. Select Revert Explorer context menu TortoiseSVN -> Revert
File not renamed and original is still in queue for deletion.
Need to do rever on containing folder to restore the files.

I would expect that the deletion of the file would be reverted as well.

Why I need this:
I'm doing refactoring of the project. Renaming multiple files in
the same folder.
If I made a mistake in renaming one file I can't rename it again or
revert it.

Regards,
Vlad
