There's nothing we (the tortoisesvn project guys) can do about this. The
server is run by collab.net and we can't change anything there ourselves.
You can try to find a collab.net admin and ask him if he will change the
commit mail script for you. Probably not, because they are running an
off-the-shelf version of the collab.net software for the project hosting on
tigris.org.
