This is the TortoiseSVN development list. If you're having problems
with a server-side commit email script you should try the
users@subversion.tigris.org list. However, if you expect to get a
helpful response you'll need to provide a lot more information than just
"can't deal with chinese svndiff". You may find this helpful:
