Hmmm, and after that, perhaps an additional dialog asking "R E A L L Y ?"
for those who unintenionally could have hit the OK button twice in their
hurry :-)
To be serious:
1. I suppose (T)SVN to be a tool for people who know what they're doing.
After one has unintenionally clicked "commit" (s)he _does_ have one more
chance to correct his/her error and click the cancel button. IMHO this is
well enough and everyone taking an additional wrong step should do this at
his own risk and be punished accordingly.
2. Even if someone accidentially commits some work there is some means to
roll this back by hand. Once s(he) has experienced how much work is
involved in doing so (s)he will perhaps be more attentive next time......
