I'm not sure I agree that this should be fixed. %20 in the URL in this
context is correct. You cannot have a space in a URL and spaces SHOULD
be represented as %20 when displayed to the user in this way.

The only bug was that the % sign itself was being erroneously encoded
which speedy Stefan has now fixed. :)
