I occasionaly get the same thing, too. I've been trying for a while to
find a way to reproduce it, but I'm beginning to think this is
entirely random :-(

Some additional informations:

* it looks like the top splitter moves somewhere over the top of the
window, so that the central pane (log message) overlaps everything
between the bottom splitter and the top of the window (except for the
magnifying glass).

* happens both with TSVN 1.4.1 and with the latest build from the 1.2
branch (didn't try 1.3).

* happens under Windows XP SP2, with both UI themes (classic or XP).
