I'm using TSVN r8081.

My WC folder points to:
"svn://wxpore0486/Board Testing Framework/trunk/02 Sources"

But when I'm right clicking on it, 'From' field in 'Merge'
dialog is filled with:
"svn://wxpore0486/Board%20Testing%20Framework/trunk/02%20Sources"

Then, in repository browser, URL field is:
"svn://wxpore0486/Board%20Testing%20Framework/trunk/02%20Sources"

And directory tree displayed is:
- "svn://wxpore0486"
    - "Board%20Testing%20Framework"
        + "trunk"

After expanding it, it becomes:
- "svn://wxpore0486"
    - "Board%20Testing%20Framework"
        - "trunk"
            "Error * URL 'svn://wxpore0486/Board%2520Testing%
2520Framework/trunk' non-existent in that revision"

You see: %20 had been replace by %2520 !!
