feature request: SVN copy on Tortoise menu

I saw issue #322, but wasn't sure it was the same thing.

It would be nice to have a Copy command on the Tortoise menu. Maybe above
Rename (or instead of it). It's kind of silly to have to rename a file,
then revert it.

I checked the context menu selections under Settings, and didn't see it.
If I just missed it, please let me know where to look.
