It was for use in a small software development company. Subversion was used for both documents and source control (thou in separate repositories with documents using WebDAV and source control using svn+ssh). The install was on a Fedora Core machine. The server enforced locking of documents when checking in. ViewSC (previously called ViewCVS) was used for an additional way to view the repository. Did you have other specific questions?
