possible bug

Hi,

Can't see this reported already so...

I've noticed since upgrading to version 1.4.0 from 1.3.latest, the icons in explorer have periodically become desynchronised from the file's status in svn.
Files changed on the client *sometimes* still show as a green tick, and new files not even in svn are also shown with a green tick, which doesn't change when I add them to svn either (no blue '+' or anything).

I think this first occurred after adding some new files to svn with RMB in explorer and then reverting the file addition at check-in time.

This still occurs for me with the latest release:
 TortoiseSVN 1.4.1, Build 7992 - 32 Bit , 2006/11/11 09:34:39
 Subversion 1.4.2,
 apr 0.9.12
 apr-iconv 0.9.7
 apr-utils 0.9.12
 berkeley db 4.4.20
 neon 0.26.2
 OpenSSL 0.9.8d 28 Sep 2006
 zlib 1.2.3

Cheers,
Martin
