SV: No 'Recent messages' feature when in the Repository Browser

I have noticed that sometimes people are being lazy whan using the
delete (and other) functions in the repository browser, keeping the
default message (that really doesn't say anything...) when committing.

I would suggest adding the message history button, and then remove the
default message altogether.

The ones who want to keep using standard messages can then dream one up
for themselves and then access it multiple times through the message
history.
