Remove unversioned [and|or] ignored objects

Hi Steve,

"Removes all unversioned and ignored items" Is this a logical or or a
logical and?

Does this mean the object has to be _unversioned *and* ignored_ to be
removed or does it mean that all objects which are either _unversioned *or*
ignored_ will be removed?

When speaking we often say "and" when we mean a "logical or", but in this
case I consider the difference important.

Theres also a difference in capitalization for the same phrase:
"Delete Unversioned Items" and "Delete unversioned items"
Is this intentional?
